Tools and downloads

Cue logs are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded or included in analytics. Downloading the plant template does not require an email or account.

Anonymous usage

We record page visits and actions such as tool runs, downloads and pricing interest. A random session identifier helps distinguish sessions; it is not proof of a unique person. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. QA and recognised bot activity is separated from ordinary observations.

Our hosting provider processes ordinary connection data to serve and protect the site. A salted, daily hash of a connection address is used for short-lived abuse limits; the application does not store the raw address. Anonymous events are retained for analysis and queued for removal after 90 days as the site receives requests.

Interest forms

If you choose to submit the form, we store your email, selected interest, optional message, consent version and submission time. We use these only to review and, when contact is available, respond about the specific tool or pilot you selected. No unrelated marketing. No automatic email is sent. An expression of paid interest creates no order or payment obligation.

Contact records are private to the operator in the hosting database, not displayed to other visitors. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential project files or sensitive personal information. Contact records are queued for removal after 90 days as the site receives requests.

Remove a request

After submission, the site gives you a deletion receipt. Keep it to remove your contact record below without email support. If you keep the confirmation page open, you can also use its delete button. Anonymous action counts remain.

Fieldwork Tools is an independent early-stage collection of document tools. No service here is affiliated with a government agency or a music rights organisation.
